A representation of a heavy cruiser/battlecruiser design proposed by Italian naval firm Ansaldo to USSR in the late 1930s. Introduced as part of the 7th WoWS/AL collaboration she is the first Ultra rare/Decisive rare shipgirl of the Italian navy (Sardenga empire)

Her model includes a green strapless dress that ends in a tail-like shape giving her a mermaid look.
