Touken Ranbu character.

A uchigatana, and one of the many "Toushirou" brothers. Known for being mostly silent. His companion fox usually talks for him but he is known to talk by his own initiative. He has an appropriately fox-like appearence and does fox shadow puppets whenever he is at rest.
