Bowser, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Bowser Jr. and Metal Sonic do not have any outfits. They do, however, wear protective pads for the Karate event.
Guest characters
Toadette, Rosalina, Espio, Jet, and Eggman Nega all receive new outfits for their guest events. Rouge is wearing her outfit from Sonic Riders.
Wendy, Larry, Ludwig, Diddy Kong, Zavok, and Zazz do not have an outfit for their guest events.
NPCs (Toad, Cream, Cheese)
While not playable, Toad, Cream, and Cheese receive new outfits consisting of traditional Japanese clothing.
