In this world, created from the bitter frustration of a filmmaker who left a movie unfinished, completing the production is of the greatest importance.Amid a flurry of speculation about the film's ending, one can only wonder how this story will conclude when the mystery is finally laid to rest.
An event in Fate/Grand Order guest-written by Madoi Ban which was later adapted into a novel illustrated by Honjou Raita. In it, Chaldea visits a singularity where they must finish the production of a murder-mystery themed film. Murasaki Shikibu ends up penning the draft for the story, but the ending (and who the mastermind is) remains up in the air until production is concluded. This event also introduces a stray servant who can't remember his true name, who goes by his character's name of Salazar.
