lug wrench
Lug wrenches are a type of wrench that that have specifically-shaped holes (its "sockets") on their ends to physically fit a vehicle wheel nuts (the wheel "lugs"), the fasteners used to hold the smaller parts of the wheel together in place, and are used to either loosen or tighten them.
A lug wrench can come as either L-shaped metal rod, or X-shaped piece, and may be considered as non-ratcheting socket wrench, because they used special shaped holes can be swappable with other pieces or not. A lug wrench may be confused with an tire lever by referring them as "tire iron'' a tool that used to separate the tire or hubcaps of the wheel that may be covering a wheel's lug nuts.
