She has green hair, red eyes, and large breasts. She is sometimes seen holding a rose as well.

The leader of the Sardegnia Empire, Littorio displays an exceptionally confident and outright arrogant personality, believing it her mission to spread her light to the world, in addition to seducing every ship she can (especially Illustrious). However, Littorio’s flirtatious behavior is simply part of her character trait as the “womanizer” of the Italian ships, not an indication of genuine romantic or sexual attraction to other shipgirls. Her interactions are meant to be playful teasing rather than serious romantic advances. In port, she seeks to help the Commander better themselves, but can prove to be quite pushy.
