Literally Pierrot's Love, it is an anonymous postcard drawing from the early 1900s, showing the sad clown Pierrot (a stock character from Commedia dell'Arte) sitting with a woman, presumably his lover Columbine. When shown from afar, it looks like a picture of a human skull.
