A character mentioned in Tsukihime and fully appears in Kagetsu Tooya.

He is the eldest son of the Kugamine family, a branch family of the Tohnos that harbor the most wealth, making them influential and powerful compared to the other branch subfamilies. He is a fat man with seemingly little redeemable qualities, including being a pervert and into voyeur photography. He was formerly engaged to Tohno Akiha as a matter of convenience before it was dissolved. Despite the prior engagement, it seems Hisui is more his type, as he would bother her quite a bit when he lived in the Tohno mansion.
