A antagonist from Kami Jigen Game Neptune V. At first, she appears as an adorable, cute, beautiful but clumsy dork who tries to create a world without CPUs by spending her nights writing papers and passing them down.
She has light blue hair, a single horn in her human form, and has glasses.
And her HDD form, she has a leotard, loses the glasses, gain a second horn, and a slasher smile.
She receives the power from her alternative self who was a CPU, go crazy, tries to destroy Gamindustri, succeeds in doing so unless the player wins, and has to clean Planeptune. By herself.
She has an alternative Ultradimension self.
Her other self is a former CPU who was in charge of Tari (a reference to Atari), has her land crashing in flame (a reference to the Video Game Crash) and disappearing underground (a reference to all the ET cartridges buried in New Mexico desert), and is also an adorable, cute, beautiful but clumsy dork. On top of being a bit insane and a complete virgin who never held a boy's hand.
She also appears in the anime.
In that one, she ends up in jail.
