kikka (airplane)
The Nakajima Kikka, sometimes known by its misattributed designation J9N or J9Y, was a jet fighter build for the Imperial Japanese Navy during the later stage of World War II. It was the first jet fighter ever built by Japan.
Although it bears a strong resemblance to the German Me 262, the plane is not directly related. Only two prototypes were completed before the war's end, thus the plane never entered service.
