In the Honkai Impact 3rd world, Kevin Kaslana is the leader of the World Serpent and a member of the Previous Era's Thirteen Flame Chasers, being the 1st code-named: "Deliverance".

An ancestor of the Kaslana lineage, in his early teenage years, Kevin was an athletic, cheerful, and talented person where he met a young, shy girl named Mei, who would later become Dr. MEI, his eventual lover.

When the Honkai invaded the world, Kevin and Mei were approached by a member of the Fire MOTH. Not wanting to leave her behind, Kevin decided to join the MOTH as their troops. Protecting humanity at all costs, Kevin defeated numerous Herrschers of that era until when the Herrscher of the End destroyed almost the entire humanity of the Previous Era, Kevin and some other remaining survivors went to a cryogenic sleep.

In the Benghuai Xueyuan world, he appears as the leader of a Terrorist/Resistance group and enemy of Dr. Mei in the Era Zero. Another version of him also appears as a male alternate universe version of Kiana Kaslana.
