jirou (ramen)
A popular variation of the ramen bowl made with tonkotsu (pork bone) and shoyu (soy) broth. There is a lot of fat in the cuts of pork included, and the noodles are not as thick as regular ramen noodles, but are known to be piled on high, making it difficult to finish. It is also often expressed by a high mountain of bean sprouts on the pork and noodles.
