inu-oh

A 2021 animated musical fantasy film directed by Yuasa Masaaki and produced by Science SARU. Based on the novel Tales of the Heike: Inu-Oh by Furukawa Hideo, the film follows the blind biwa player Tomona (who also takes the names Tomoichi and Tomoaru) and the deformed dancer Inu-Oh as they perform unconventional, anachronistic concerts in 14th century Japan.
