houshou marine (gothic lolita)

The 3rd costume of Hololive's Houshou Marine, as seen in post #4156433, unveiled on October 2020.

It is a gothic lolita costume consisting of a black mini top hat with flowers, a red frilled sleeveless short dress, detached long red frilled sleeves, a black bowtie, a heart necklace, the same leotard as her default costume, black gloves, an underbust corset, a pocket watch, white thighhighs with a white garter belt, a leg ribbon and black mary janes with high heels.

Her official hairstyle with this outfit is either very long hair with twin ringlets held with black hair ribbons and drill sidelocks or short hair in a bob cut with a side braid.
