When there is a clear hand size difference from multiple characters by way of holding hands, hand on another's hand, or when they're directly compared side-by-side.
Usually emphasizes the masculine trait of large hands. More common in size difference, interspecies and yaoi/hetero couples because the more-feminine characters are stereotypically drawn with very small hands.
