grey rose
When a monochromatic rose is too dark to be considered white, and yet too light to be considered black. The shade of grey can fall anywhere between 30% (lighter) to 70% (darker) scale, although shading can also cause the flower to become grey. Use your judgment when deciding if a rose is grey, white or black.
