Japanese meme that originates from the act of causing glitches in GoldenEye 007 for the Nintendo 64 by tilting the cartridge, making actors or objects spin wildly.

The song "promise" by Hirose Koumi was later added to complete the meme. The spastic action of the character (or object) is a match for the song's chorus. The meme also known as "geddan" due to misheard lyrics.
