マなんとかさん ゲオルギー・マレンコフ ゲオルギー・マクシミリアーノヴィチ・マレンコフ
Georgy Maximilianovich Malenkov, a politician of the Soviet Union, was for the short period of time that he was interim leader between Stalin and Khruschev, the most powerful person in the Soviet Union.
After losing power he became the head of a hydroelectric power plant in Ust-Kamenogorsk, Ekibastuz GRES-1 thermal power station, but his name was eventually struck from the communist party register.
In Japan, he was known for his weak presence and was often called ”マなんとかさん (Ma-whatshisname-san)” and people joked that ”the reason the Soviet Union fell was because he had disrupted the 'Bald-Hairy Theory’.”
Mana, the inconspicuous heroine of Rune Factory 2 is also called 'Ma-whatshername-san', but the origin of this joke for both people is unknown.
