The Galarian form of Slowbro.
It can be told apart from its Kantonian form by the Shellder that has attached itself to Slowbro's hand instead of its tail (resembling an arm cannon), causing a chemical reaction that made it so Slowbro began emitting poison - turning its head and extremities purple and changing its typing from Water/Psychic to Poison/Psychic.
