This is one of the variations of Futaba Minato.
The design is based on the image of “幼い(young)”, one of the six emotional values of the CeVIO AI Talkvoice.
She has a childlike appearance, with twintails hair, blue overalls short over a white laced shirt, and socks with a cat print on them.
Also, there are various stickers and accessories on her randoseru. (see reference sheet).
