frilled shrug

Basically a Shrug with frilled trimming. Usually, the frills are trimmed to:

• the shoulder part as seen in post #8329324 or post #8320854; or

• at the end part of the garment as seen in post #6215472 or post #6223998.

or in any possible place such as the end of the sleeve part as seen under the frilled sleeves tag or attached to the collar part of the shrug.
