She is a parody of Hisui, with a :3 face, very simple purple hair, one hand doing a v with the other hand either behind her back or amputated. To compensate her being extremely simple, she is animated very well. While other Cookie characters use motion tweens or MMD models or canned animations, Fake Hisui is hand-animated. Another common joke is giving her larger breasts than Hisui.
