dough
A basic dough is made by mixing fluid (water, milk, oil, etc.) with flour and other ingredients to create an elastic substance. Yeast may or may not be added for leavening. This is then formed into various shapes or molds for creating different foods such as breads, desserts, cookies, pies, pizzas, and so forth.
This tag is for dough that has been prepared at the elastic stage, but not made into a proper dish.
