デ・ロイテル デ・ロイテル(艦隊これくしょん) デ・ロイテル(艦これ) DeRuyter デロイテル デロイテル(艦隊これくしょん) デロイテル(艦これ)
A Kantai Collection character based on HNLMS De Ruyter, which was a unique light cruiser of the Royal Netherlands Navy. She is one of many ships named after Dutch naval hero Admiral Michiel Adriaenszoon de Ruyter. She is the first ever Dutch shipgirl as well as the first ever shipgirl for her artist Sara.
De Ruyter has long curly brownish red hair with a side braid and blunt bangs, and green eyes. She wears a serafuku consisting of a beige sailor shirt with a green sailor collar, an orange neckerchief and chains held by a golden bell, and a green pleated skirt as well as a black belt with more chains and anchors, short black over-knee socks, and green high-heeled shoes. Her machinery includes six of her seven 150-mm guns (she holds the seventh in her hand), her tall forward superstructure, a smokestack, and several smaller turrets. She also wears a black hairband with midships aircraft catapult attached to it.
Because her artist is an in-house illustrator, she got her first seasonal CG almost three weeks after she was introduced into the game through the 2019 Autumn event while said event was still ongoing. This seasonal CG, a Christmas-themed one, shows her wearing a red dress with a corset, a white pleated skirt, a white capelet, black fingerless gloves, a holly hair ornament, black thighhighs, and fur-trimmed black boots. She also has a Setsubun CG where she wears a red plaid coat, a brown sweater, a black pleated skirt, an orange scarf, black thighhighs, and black fur-trimmed boots.
She comes off as a preppy girl who has a penchant for using the expression "Yabai" in both good and bad contexts.
The historical De Ruyter was laid down on 16 September 1933 at the Wilton-Fijenoord dockyard in Schiedam and commissioned on 3 October 1936. She was sunk in the Battle of the Java Sea in 1942.
