cross tie

A thin strip of fabric worn around the neck with the ends overlapping in front.
Commonly seen on Togami Byakuya and Robin from Arknights. Also part of some uniforms, for example the Toyogasaki Academy school uniform (Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata) and the Fleur de Lapin uniform (Gochuumon wa Usagi desu ka?).

Also known as a continental tie.
