corrupted twitter file
A Twitter image that has been partially corrupted by Twitter itself. This usually manifests as a row of pixels at the bottom of the image, 8 pixels high, copied from a row of pixels 128 pixels above. Often the result of resizing the original image to 2048 pixels wide or tall.
Since the original image was corrupted by Twitter itself, it's unlikely to be fixable.
