A skin for Cleveland of Azur Lane, added exclusively to English version as part of the first anniversary celebrations. Cleveland sports a white coat with American flag-style decorations on the shoulders over a blue shirt with the partially obscured phrase "Charlie Love Five Five" (i.e. CL-55, Cleveland's hull number). She also wears a black miniskirt and a single torn black thighhighs, rounded out by white boots and a white visor cap. The skin also features a scooter with American flag-style markings, a fire hydrant, some traffic cones, and several road signs including a stop sign, a speed limit sign and a sign featuring Cleveland's 13 battle stars.
