A character from Ultraseven. His appearance is almost identical to Ultraseven's. Famously forgotten by Tsuburaya after his appearance, and never being developed into an actual character like his predecessor in Zoffy. The last time the character was referenced in-universe was during Tsuburaya's 2010 April Fools' Day, where on Tsubutter (円谷ッター), Seven remarked that he had been contacted by someone implied to be the Chief.

In Kazumine Daiji's manga adaptation (and a 2007 short spin-off manga by him), the Chief has a larger and pointier Eye Slugger than Seven's, giving him a mohawk look, and the toy of that design gave him blue eyes as opposed to yellow eyes, to distinguish him from Seven. Before the Chief officially received his name around the time of the Third Monster Boom (The Ultraman and Ultraman 80), he was known as Big Seven (ビックセブン), and due to having similar-meaning names, some fans speculated that Dai Seven (大セブン) from Tetsuji Kataoka's manga Ultraseven Monogatari was the same character as the Chief. Some fans also like to joke he was the actual protagonist of Ultra Fight's newly-made fight scenes.
