bulletin board
A surface intended for the posting of notes and messages, usually made from soft materials such as cork or rubber so that papers may be pinned to them with thumbtacks or pushpins. Commonly found in settings such as classrooms and offices for sharing public notices, but they may be used in private settings like bedrooms as well for displaying photographs and keepsakes.
