A character from Cookie Run. She has flipped, green hair with purple inner hair.

Her outfit - of which includes a dress and apron - is based off the historical clothing of Korean 'medicine women' (Uinyeo). These were female physicians who specialized in the treatment of other women during the Joseon period (1392 – 1910).
