The B&T VP9 (Veterinary Pistol 9mm) is an integrally-suppressed bolt action handgun manufactured by Brügger & Thomet since 2014. Heavily based on the earlier Welrod, it has similar appearance due to the tubular upper receiver and L-shaped trigger. It also features a ported barrel and quick-detachable suppressor.
Earlier models lack a trigger guard and has a manual safety, while newer models has a rounded thin sheet metal trigger guard and a grip safety instead.
