ash (titanfall 2)

An antagonist character from Titanfall 2. She is a simulacrum allied with Kuben Blisk's Apex Predators and pilots a Ronin. In the game's multiplayer she leads the Vinson Dynamics faction into battle.

She later reappeared in Apex Legends as an event character during Season 5, was added to the game permanently as the announcer for Arenas in Season 9, and became a playable legend with a new design in Season 11. In the leadup to Season 11, she was revealed to have originally been Dr. Ashleigh Reid.

In both of her appearances, Ash is an android with a fully mechanical body and a human-like metal face. In her TF2 appearance she has solid black eyes, and only wears a grey hood.

In her default Apex appearance she has yellow eyes with black sclera and wears a blue hooded leotard. Her metal face is cracked in this appearance, and she wields a sword used to cast her ultimate ability. After having her original Ashleigh persona reawakened by Horizon, Ash has a double personality, though she mostly finds Ashleigh to be a nuisance she wants silenced.

Ash's heirloom weapon is the Strongest Link, and she is often portrayed alongside an unnamed rat that she keeps as a companion.
