Äs Nödt (エス・ノト エスノト) is a member of the Wandenreich Quincy army from Bleach, with the epithet F - The Fear.

He possesses the ability to create spikes made of reishi that viciously impale opponents, but his true power lies in his ability to instill limitless fear in those who are wounded by said spikes, killing them due to the heart being unable to withstand such a shock. Known by Bleach fans for his androgynous appearance, being indistinguishable from male or female (though he is confirmed to be male.)
