Artoria Pendragon Swimsuit Ruler in her Third Ascension outfit from Fate/Grand Order. This basically builds on her First Ascension's Playboy bunny outfit, while giving her extra gauntlets over blue elbow gloves, a layered white and blue skirt with a see-through portion, and thigh-length greaves. She wields numerous kunai-like weapons that float around two golden halos behind her.
