arm up
When a single arm is raised up, around eye level or above.
If both arms are raised, use arms up instead.
If the arm is reaching forwards, away from the body, use outstretched arm instead.
If the arm is shoulder level, use hand up instead.
A raised elbow is an applicable indicator when the hand is slightly below eye level.
