applying lipstick
When lipstick is applied to a person's lips
Can be performed by self or assisted by another.
Lipstick can be applied with a lipstick tube pr by brush. In some cases with a finger.
Note:
- Simply seeing a lipstick_tube in the image does not count. A person must be holding it.
- The tag is not limited to mid-application. it can be just before or just after application.
