This tag indicates that translation notes have been used to mark all characters or items in an image. Often used on crossover pictures with characters from multiple series, or pictures containing a huge number of characters.
For characters that need to be tagged, use the character request tag instead. To request annotations, use the annotation request tag.
If the original image itself contains captions, consider stats.
