andersen (nikke)

An NPC from Goddess of Victory: Nikke. One of the Deputy Chiefs of the Ark's Central Government Command.

While he shares the same blood as the Commander, they are not related at all. Andersen has an unusual obsession with the Pilgrims, as he built a Tribe Tower for them, and seeks to obtain information regarding their weapons, combat data, and so on. He also sees himself as a "representative" for the Pilgrims.

His name may be a reference to Hans Christian Andersen , similar to how the members of the Goddess squad are named after fairy tale characters.
