The public face and one of the top executives of Rhodes Island. Although she appears to be a young and inexperienced girl, she is universally trusted and highly qualified for her position. She is the first person the Doctor sees when they wake up from their cryosleep at the beginning of the story.
She appear to be a young girl between the ages of 14-15 years old, with brown hair in a ponytail. She wears a blue ascot, miniskirt and Rhodes Island Jacket in her official character design.
Her ears are meant to resemble those of a rabbit. However, due to the way those ears are drawn, many fans joke that she looks like a donkey.
Her voice actor is Kurosawa Tomoyo.
