algernon (housamo)

A cyborg Transient from the world of Utopia, he was originally human, but has been modified and upgraded from the brain out. The name Algernon refers to both the Helmet he wears, which is actually his Sacred Artifact, and the name of his partner and manager; the cyborg himself is deeply mistrustful of others and has confided his real name to no one other than his partner. He despises dirt and disorder, and takes an active role in keeping his school clean and tidy. Outside of school, he moonlights as a very discriminating assassin for hire, only accepting jobs that contribute to keeping Tokyo's streets clean of garbage in an entirely different way.
