It sucks to get stuck in the same spot as Neo Bubbleman, isn't it?
So pitifully cute.
Also, I find the swirly eyes to be really cute.
(With the ban of Tearlaments Kitkallos on the January 2023 OCG forbidden/limited list, Tearlaments Rulkallos is no longer summonable though normal means.)
