Little context: Smash Bros Brawl had a thing called "Smash Service", where people could submit their screenshots and stages, which would be then shared by the staff once a day to other players. Of course the service was filled with upskirt shots of Peach And Zelda.
They acknowledged the issue in Smash Bros Dojo, stating that such screenshots will never be posted to the Dojo, or be shared by the Smash Service. This may be the reason you can't take upskirt shots in newer Smash Bros games. Now you understand Xander's concern.
