Posts that present creativity, could be in anything: fashion, architecture, puns, eccentric actions, machines, scenery, ect.
To be qualified, posts don't have to be clever as long as it can make you think "that's new" and be a little surprised/interested in the idea.
It's somewhat analogous to the Pixiv tag 発想の勝利 (Winning Concept ).
