Kongou is a character from Kantai Collection who takes pride in her British heritage and regularly intersperses some correctly-pronounced (and incorrectly pronounced) English words and phrases in with her normal Japanese. However, she's lived in Japan for the better part of three decades, so fan artists like to draw pictures of her not having quite the command of the English language that would be expected of a native Brit. Particularly after the introduction of shipgirls of actual English-speaking countries, such as Iowa.
NOTE: This pool is not about Kongou just casually speaking bad English; it has to showcase that she's completely forgotten the entire language.
