I've been tagging pool-related images lately, and I've stumbled onto a common background for a few images (different from the indoor pool in pool #2146).

Any idea what's up with that? Is this a real place? The angles differ just enough to not be reusing a background image, and the one in the deleted image almost looks like a doctored photo background.

Woah, nice find! I see by comparing them that they're all just cropping different parts of the same image (and the deleted image is just so terribly compressed that it looks like a grainy photo).
How did you come across that? (Ninja'ed: So, the artist is someone famous for doing this? Neat.)
Should I tag these images with his artist tag? What's the policy for images that use his work?

I wouldn't give it collaboration, but definitely pool it and link the source in description.
Why would we create a pool for this one background?
There are plenty of free background materials out there, and I don't think every one should get its own pool. Collaboration should work fine here.

Two questions:
1) After applying that tag, should the image have two artists? (I think it's an obvious yes, but I wanted to be doubly sure that wasn't an "instead of" kind of answer.)
2) What about post #1356177, which seems to be double-plagiarism? Does that still count as contribution, even if it was involuntary?
