offline image viewer with tag tree.

Hi guys,

I've been looking over the internet and through numerous booru forums, but I'm have a hard time finding what I'm looking for.

Does anyone know if there is an offline image viewer that allows you to tag images and then view them by tags, just like the online Danbooru or Gelbooru? Preferably with a tag tree next to the images, just like online.

I can't find one for the life of me.

Thanks. I've seen that, but it looks like most are for Unix. None really looks that good. I was trying to find a simple tag viewer, like Danbooru, but for offline. It seems someone would have made one. A lot of them seem to do everything BUT that.
