I don't mind the change- it's nice, but can anyone say how the colours are chosen?

Blue is for series (comics, etc)
Purple is for collections.
(Not all pools are currently in the correct category)
The color was chosen by Toks, I think.
(I think blue would be more fitting for collections, since they are similar to general tags. we use purple copyright tags for some derivative works already)

I just added info about them to help:pools, so that should help. And in 2.15 the meaning should be a bit more clear.

Since comics/doujinshi are kind of their own copyright, they could be purple.

We don't have to use tag colors. I just arbitrarily picked purple for collection pools for lack of other ideas.
It might be better if we don't use tag colors for pools, it seems like it could be misleading (comics aren't really the same thing as copyrights, for example). Maybe we should use colors that tags can't have, or use something other than color to differentiate them.
I'm for the swap.

Why? There is no good reason for them not to use tag colors. Comics also usually present a single copyright (eventually crossovers), unlike the collections, thus purple for series is more than less justified and "in place". The more simple, the better.
