I also notice similar comments from another account, user #458709.

Both accounts commented on post #2316312 and it's child post #2316313 with very similar comments a year apart, and both are currently active in the last couple of days with very similar recent behavior; both actively look at similar art in the Touhou fandom, leaving nasty complaints on the quality of what are otherwise average or even good pictures.

Could someone peek at the IP and make sure it's either one or two trolls? They appear to be alternates of the same person.

I'm no wizard when it comes to IP shenanigans and how to enforce against them like some of the other moderators here, but the above two users' IPs do match their first two sets of digits.

You guys are looking at IPv4 addresses, right? It would make way more sense if the first 3 blocks matched, but I haven't been around the site long enough to know how the site deals with range blocks for dynamic IPs.

Alternatively, said person might just be using a library computer, a friend's computer or something, so in cases like those it'd make sense to only ban the accounts I guess.
