So it seems the conclusion was that breast_envy is fine even for solo images where no larger bust line is visible, such as post #1307577 and post #1339429? If so, I think there needs to be a change in the wiki as some users may think they don't fall under the tag and remove the tag (as happened with my first example), making them hard to find again.
Since it's similar to weight_conscious, why not breast_conscious? Even if envy is valid, I think at least aliasing it would create less confusion.
Edit: Even if it's quite rare, breast_conscious could be used for pictures where characters find their bosom too big as well.

Yeah, I agree that a tag for characters dissatisfied with their own breasts would be useful. It could apply when breasts are both too small and too big. The latter case may be relatively rare but I certainly remember seeing images like that.
Though, we probably would need to define it in a way so it won't overlap with breast_envy (where one character is jealous of another character in the same image).
I think that trying to differentiate between envying another's breasts and feeling that one's own are inadequate would just create confusion.
breast_conscious could be used for both cases, with an alias breast_envy -> breast_conscious.
breast_conscious might also cover cases like post #1282164, where larger breasts are unwanted.
breast_conscious sounds like a good idea to me to me. I guess we will have to decide whether breast_envy should be aliased to it, implicated to it, or completely separate from it. I'm not sure if I have a preference. Just want to have something to tag when I notice it in an image.
If breast_conscious is going to be used, it should be separate from breast_envy (and breast_envy should remain on its own as well).
+1 for lumping it all under breast_conscious.
There is a separate envy tag anyway that I think should combine well enough with this new one for separating breast_envy.

Breast envy is so common that lumping the tags would completely drown out the envy tag. We're better off keeping it.
As a side note, most of the envy should probably be moved to jealous.
I'm against stuffing both ideas into the same tag, they would be much more useful as a separate tags.
It won't create any more confusion than lots and lots of other tags we already have, plus there's always a wiki to describe how a tag should be used.
And slightly offtopic, but what's the difference between envy and jealous tags anyway? Both tag usage and descriptions from wiki show that they represent pretty much the same idea. I think envy should be aliased/moved to jealous.
Let's keep breast_envy a totally separate tag. breast_conscious would then be a new tag. The difference would be that envy is when one person is longing for the breasts of another who is visible in the same image. Conscious is just acute awareness of some aspect of your own breasts, whether large or small.
Since the discussion was mostly in favor of starting a breast_conscious tag, I added it to all of the examples brought up in this thread.
