In all of those posts, they have small, yet developed breasts and slight curves. They look a bit soft overall, but I don't think it's enough for them to qualify. Only post #5632850 seems like it would even be considered borderline to me.
The user who originally tagged these with loli was criticized in the past for not adding the tag to actual loli posts and I believe they are overcorrecting in some cases. To be fair, the negative feedback they received a year ago listed examples of alleged untagged loli, including obviously not loli posts such as post #5973326 and post #6409212.

If breast size doesn't disqualify a post from being loli then dick size doesn't disqualify a post from being shota. These tags are about body proportions. post #6516843 is the only definite "no" out of the set, the rest are "probably."
